The Web2Points is an interactive web-based service that allows customer loyalty programs for companies without having to invest more funds in developments. By using the system we give an opportunity to develop your own online discount and loyalty management system. You can organize customer loyalty programs and promotions with collecting points. The system can be sued with or without a card or with mobile phones. Identification of cards can be done by QR codes (two-dimensional bar code) or NFC (13.56 MHz) chips. Using a web browser administration, operator and customer user interface can be reached in a well-designed and logical form for organizing the collection of points offered for campaigns in small and medium-sized or large companies. The paid packages allow every month the usage of a professional, customizable incentive system for loyalty and discount actions, without the companies paying hundreds of thousands or even millions of euros to develop their own program. We developed the Web2Points loyalty system based on years of experience, resulting in a unique card-based point collection system on the market. Using QR codes we enabled a cost effective identification method for cards. What we have developed, you should only use!

This system needs a computer (PC, laptop, tablet, mobile phone) and permanent Internet connection. The system is available and ready to use with some common desktops and mobile Web browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari) without problems. You must enable JavaScript and cookies (Cookie) to have a smooth operation of this page. The system is responsive to all surfaces, so it provides an optimal appearance on any mobile device (tablet, mobile phone).

Our system is based on Internet technology, it is necessary to use an appropriate Internet connection.

The Web2Points unfortunately cannot be used currently with magnetic cards, because we consider it as an outdated technology. Of course, we can give you a unique development offer for suiting magnetic card readers, if you stick to their use.

The Web2Points currently is not available for using of conventional (1D) bar codes and bar code readers, this is for two reasons:

There are many commercial bar codes, and the code reader software should look for each type of them, which would significantly slow down the code reading.

QR code can be read quickly and easily from any direction.

On request, of course, we are happy to offer a solution to use 1D barcode readers, or reprogram the webcam software to your code reader.

Nothing. However, the companies being in contract with us have loyalty customers but we don’t have an insight into the company’s activities, so we cannot take the responsibility for the customers’ damages.

Through the “Demo Request” page the program is free of charge and the trial doesn’t mean any obligations. After filling out a simple form, the necessary information will be sent via email. The trial program is a full-featured box with some demo data. The trial software is available for 30 days, at the end of this period the privileges are automatically deleted.

If the user account number exceeds the maximum number set out in the current fee package, your subscription will be transferred to a higher package. This difference in the fee will not be charged in the given month, we will validate it only in the next full month. When changing to a lower fee package you will also have the right to use the smaller package only from the next full month.

No, it can be used without a card as well. The card number of the customers appears in their accounts in a form of a QR code and they can scan it for example with their phone as if it were a card at the acceptance station.

Yes, the Web2Points can be connected to other systems. Such a task usually needs a development on both sides, so before starting work, you may need to assess the developer’s resilience of the other system. After matching the exact needs, we give you our offer for development.

A few words about safety:

The server does not store any passwords, nor in readable format, nor in encrypted form.

A hash code is generated with MD5 algorithm and this hash is stored in the database. This procedure is a one-way algorithm, it cannot be reversed.

Cookies do not store any sensitive data in your system.

The system is protected against SQL injection.

The database is protected with a multi-step authentication password.

A daily backup is made of the database, if a problem occurs it can be restored to its previous state.

On the server every page request is logged, according to IP address, everything that happened is searchable and traceable exactly for any second.

The communication channel is protected by SSL encryption.

We built into the system the state of the art security features, but unfortunately we have no control over one thing, and that is the human factor.

Users have to take care of the sensitive data:

Do not give or tell anyone the passwords.

Protect the computers from viruses, phishing messages, emails from a scam, and unauthorized persons.

The human factor is the most difficult to ward off, but we built in restrictions and operator licenses. We always advise in this situation that you have to warn your employees that the transaction log records all activities which cannot be deleted, so it can be retrieved if something suspicious happens. It also means, of course, that you have to look at the log file regularly, or look up the transaction log for a period of time and check the blatant cases. If the employee understands it, he will not cheat, because it turns out later anyway.

The system is responsive to all surfaces, so the appearance is optimized for any mobile device (tablet, mobile phone). The testing was conducted primarily on Android devices, on other operating systems some errors may appear. The reading of QR codes is only available for Android devices.

After submitting the order you will receive a confirmation and an electronic bill, after balancing it we will send you the login information and you can use the system immediately.
